What If My Dentures Are Loose?
In this video, Dr. Amelia Aristodemo discusses how we secure loose dentures with mini implants for enhanced stability and comfort.
When patients inquire about loose dentures, we offer solutions to enhance stability and improve comfort. One effective option is to add retention by placing mini implants. These implants provide anchor points for the dentures, preventing them from shifting or moving around while eating or speaking.
For upper dentures, we typically recommend at least six mini implants, while lower dentures may require at least four mini implants to achieve optimal stability.
While adhesive can be used as a temporary solution, it can be messy and difficult to clean. Mini implants offer a more permanent and hassle-free solution for securing loose dentures.
If you’re experiencing issues with loose dentures and would like to explore options for improving stability, we invite you to schedule a consultation with us. During this consultation, we can assess your individual needs and discuss how mini implants can help provide the stability you need for your dentures.
Don’t let loose dentures impact your quality of life. Give us a call, and we’ll be happy to explain how we can help you achieve a more stable and comfortable fit for your dentures. We look forward to assisting you.
